Lana Giles is a pharmacovigilance consultant with over 20 years of experience in PV operations and regulatory compliance across human and animal health. Her areas of expertise include PV operations, vendor management, cross-functional project leadership and continuous improvement. She has led global transformation projects from strategic design through to implementation, working with stakeholders in demanding, high-pressure environments. She also works on quality assurance projects in manufacturing.

Selected projects include setting up a Pharmacovigilance Agreements project, with system evaluation, template development and process standardisation. She supported the implementation of an integrated data warehouse for safety surveillance. She has reviewed and finalised EU and UK Risk Management Plans and aggregate safety reports, and developed client-specific SOPs and PV workflows.
