Dr. Liana Kasyan is a pharmacovigilance physician with over 15 years of experience in drug safety, clinical research, and regulatory pharmacovigilance, supporting global pharmaceutical companies including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Merck. She has strong expertise in safety signal detection and evaluation, aggregate safety data review, and continuous benefit–risk assessment through PSUR/PBRERs, DSURs, Risk Management Plans, and clinical trial safety surveillance. Her experience includes medical review of serious adverse events, safety strategy development, and regulatory safety reporting to support informed benefit–risk decision-making across the product lifecycle.
